You may be quite bored with the brute-force attacks on the admin page of your WordPress blogs, by default, forbidding the admin panel page to be opened with the wp-admin attachment for everyone will be one of the most logical actions you should take in the name of security.
You can do this simply by installing the plugin by configuring the following configurations.
First we edit the file “
nano /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf” with nano. You can choose a different editor.
Then add the IP addresses that will be allowed to open the page as follows. IP addresses other than the IP addresses you will type will not be able to open wp-admin page. The following will give a warning like no competence.
Order allow, deny
Allow from 22.214.171.124/24
Allow from 126.96.36.199/24
Allow from 10.112.80.0
Finally, restart the apache (httpd) service
> systemctl restart httpd.service
I hope it has been a useful article.
