Nameserver is the name servers that will be used for DNS query of your domain name. Thanks to the nameservers records you will create under Centos web panel when you add a domain to your panel, you can have the added domain redirected to your server. When you redirect the domain name that you added to Centos Web Panel to NS nameservers, that domain will be opened under your server.

Important: To be able to add / update nameservers, you must have a domain name attached to your centos web panel that has the ns1 and ns2 sub-dns update on the domain side. If you did not redirect these records and ns for your domain name from your domain panel, the following process will not take place.
Creating and updating nameservers on Centos Web Panel is very simple.
DNS Functions, click
Edit Nameservers IPs;
In the following example, you can create nameserver records for your server’s main domain. According to the following example;
ns1 subdomain : ns1.yourserverhostdomain.com
ns2 subdomain : ns2.yourserverhostdomain.com
Ns1 IP address : serveripaddress
Ns2 IP address : serveripaddress
After adding, we click
Save Changes button;

After saving the changes, click
List DNS Zones under
domain.com.db (we will edit the
techsoftcentertrial.tk.db file) for your domain name you added to the nameserver, click the
Edit File button;
We edit your records according to the example below.
Example of the field that needs to be edited;`
yourdomain.com. 86400 IN NS ns1.yourdomain.com.
yourdomain.com. 86400 IN NS ns2.yourdomain.com.
An example of a record that should be added to the last line of the file;
ns1 IN A serveraddress
ns2 IN A serveraddress
After the process, we click
Save Changes button;
For the faster reflection of changes, we go to
Centos Web Panel homepage and
Restart BIND DNS Server service;
BIND DNS Server successfully restarted;
Adding or updating nameserver records for the server master domain is complete. According to the process example above, we only need to redirect a domain name we added to centos web panel to the following name server addresses. Of course, you should redirect to the ns records of your domain;
